JIM GORDON

Jim Gordon started working in the packaging industry in 1990, holding leadership and ownership positions in multiple international companies. He has spent his professional career understanding and successfully implementing international commercial programs in the packaging/engineering field. He is dedicated to providing quality equipment and services to his business partners on time and on budget.

MATHIAS GOERTZ

As a trained mechanical engineer, Mathias Goertz began working in the packaging industry in the mid-1990's as a apprentice project engineer for an American company. Since then, he has dedicated his professional life to this industry as an entrepreneur with operations in various Latin American countries, serving the needs of his clients with solutions from commercial partners that manufacture equipment, materials, and services.

DIEGO VASQUEZ

Diego Vasquez began his career in 1972 as a graphic designer and superintendent at SIVESA. From 1977-1993 he held various positions, including packaging manager ar the Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma Brewery. In 1994 he was head of projects and marketing of packaging equipment at Eurortecsa. In 2005 he joined the ISP team, giving comprehensive solutions and overseeing marketing for the packaging industry on behalf of Hartness Latinoamérrica and ISP Latinoamérica.

Armando Juarez began working in the packaging industry in 2005, holding many different administrative and operational roles. He has spent his professional career successfully implementing and applying his acquired experience into the industry. His main objective is to deliver quality services to our clients on-time and according to customer needs and expectations.

MACARIO CRUZ

Macario Cruz has over 28 years of experience as an engineer after earning his degree in electrical engineering. He worked with Grupo Modelo at the Modelo Brewery in Mexico City for 25 years, holding many different positions, including Packaging Supervisor, Shift Manager in electric power generation, Product Shift Manager, and Plan Maintenance Manager. In 2017, he joined ISP and now works with the rest of the executive team toward delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

JOSE ANTONIO MARTINEZ

Jose Antonio Martinez has 6 years of experience in the packaging industry, selling and distributing throughout many markets, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage markets, food markets, household markets, and pharmaceutical markets. He has extensive experience in the sale of products and solutions, where he tailored each experience to the needs of the customer. He has also collaborated with many other companies, such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, Sensormatic, and Sidel.

Irving Silva is a mechatronic engineer who studied at Universidad Anahuac. He has worked in the packaging industry since 2008 and held managerial positions in services and sales. Thanks to his extensive experience in the technical area, he provides quality advice and gives effective and efficient recommendations to clients based on their needs.

Daniel Nava has been working in the packaging industry for 28 years. He has been working in the packaging industry for 28 Yeats. He has worked with many international companies as a field service engineer, installing several high-speed container manufacturing lines. His main focus is efficiency, functionality, and productivity, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Federico Barrera has more than 20 years of technical experience with a wide variety of packaging machinery for different industries, including the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage, and cosmetics industries. He has led planning, development, and installation, as well as has commissioned turnkey projects, where he collaborated and integrated equipment from different countries. He has many international certifications in the field of operations and machine maintenance, as well as over 15 years of managerial experience.

Pedro Garcia joined ISP Latinoamérica team in 2018 as a technical service engineer, where he has reinforced his practical knowledge and understands the operation of equipment and the application to industrial solutions. He currently applies his management skills to handling projects and devising strategies, while providing quality services and personalized attention to our customers in the packaging industry.

Emory Gordon is a recent Master of International Business graduate from the University of South Carolina. She has extensive experience in international business management, international marketing, and marketing consulting. She has worked in a variety of different industries, including the packaging industry, the medical industry, and the hospitality and tourism industry.
